Hello, I'm confused about why my games aren't working properly. It seems like the GPU isn't responding, and I keep seeing error messages about Intel graphics being disabled. My GPU is a Radeon 8670M, but I'm not sure why it's showing up in the notifications. The OS is Windows 10, and all drivers are up to date. Please help me resolve this issue!

Check if your main GPU is connected via the GPU card or integrated graphics, and confirm its location.

You can identify your primary GPU by checking the system settings or using the manufacturer’s software. Since you’re on a laptop and games only run when plugged in, ensure the correct GPU is selected in your device’s display settings.

Review this discussion: the page at the link appears to suggest Windows might have changed your GPU or a driver could be missing.

Could this be the reason? (Attached picture) Microsoft customer care turned off all these when they gained remote access to resolve the problem - http://bit.ly/22U5LlO

Wow, really? Why did they allow remote control to be used? They seem completely unaware of what they're doing.
