It refers to the same network identifier that Bubble describes as my "Public IP address."

I talked with them this morning. They explained that placing the modem/router in Bridge mode means it’s not handling anything directly—it just passes control to our router. They mentioned they don’t block any ports, yet they also can’t assist with setting up our router.

Nope... Not Bubble. I requested a router, not Bubble. First, we need to rule out the chance that you're not using CGNAT with your ISP. This is simple by checking the two IP addresses: From a laptop or desktop on your home network connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet (it doesn't matter), and assuming no VPN is active on the device, compare the IP from whatsmyipaddress to the WAN address shown by your TPlink Deco. If they match, you're not on CGNAT; if not, you are. It's likely you aren't on CGNAT, but we should confirm before diving into troubleshooting.

Also noted: the provided URL includes guidance from TPlink about verifying the WAN address on the Deco, refer to point 1.

I'm sorry, that wasn't correct. The WAN from the router matches what my IP address shows.

Did you set up the 'BubbleUPnP Server' on the host machine for your media storage? Also, which operating system is running on that device?

Yes, identical device. Win 10 is expected. It's worth noting that before this modem/router from my ISP, I used one of their older color modems, but with the same TP-Link Deco mesh router. When setting up BubbleUPnP software, everything functioned perfectly. I only needed to direct the app to the desktop program occasionally.

Certainly. I can provide more details on that point. Could you clarify what you're referring to? The context seems to suggest a comparison or similarity between two elements mentioned earlier. Let me know so I can tailor the explanation accordingly.

Well... the only changes seem to be the new modem. The Public IP has been updated for remote use, and all other settings appear normal. No firewall adjustments were made, and everything functioned before. Have you tried running a port scan with whatsmyip to confirm?
