I increased my computer's speed beyond expectations. I reached 11031.05 MHZ using CPU-Z. It was consistently pushed higher than expected. The bus speed came in at 1225.67 MHz, and the rated FSB was 4902.69 MHZ. I captured a snapshot and stored it on cloud services. Back then, many considered 4.5 GHZ and 5 GHZ overclocks to be too ambitious. I was among them. My machine uses a Core 2 Duo E8400. Ideally, I'd prefer a system around 4.0 GHZ.

You likely experienced a poor step frequency. The processor runs at 13,000 MHz with just a tiny voltage.
