I understand this might not be the best spot to ask, but I’m unsure where else to turn. You’ve set a custom font on your PC and are concerned it will disappear when transferring the presentation to another device. If you want the text preserved—even as a static image—there might be ways to capture or export it without losing the font style. Let me know if you’d like guidance on that.

1) Navigate to the File menu and pick Save As. 2) From the Tools button options, select Save Options. 3) In the next window, pick Embed TrueType Fonts (at the bottom). 4) Choose one of the available choices. If you plan to modify the presentation on different platforms, opt for Embed All Characters, though this will make the file larger. 5) Confirm by clicking OK. 6) Finalize the save by clicking Save.

Yes, the formatting will remain consistent across different computers, as long as the font is supported.

I agree, yes. I'll review it for you but I don't have another PowerPoint setup besides mine.
Edit note: I removed the custom font and then reopened the presentation; it looks like it will only be read-only if you need to use the font.
