Checking the details before I present the issue: Windows 11 Home, not activated. Monitor 1 runs at 1440p, 170hz, 125% scaling; Monitor 2 is 1080p, 75hz, default 100%. Sometimes it looks blurry. The text often appears distorted. It seems to be mostly related to scaling differences. Fixing it usually works when both monitors use the same scale. I can't change the setting because 100% on one and 125% on the other isn't ideal. I've tried adjusting the ClearType text control, but it didn't help. This issue appears intermittently—sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When I got the second monitor, the problem disappeared temporarily. Please assist me!

Thank you for sharing the link. You mentioned you've already attempted various solutions without success, likely around the past few weeks. It sounds like your second monitor installation might have caused the issue.

I encountered the same issue. My setup disables the dp overclock in monitor settings and I'm using the monitor at 165Hz. It might be because 165 is the default speed and trying to push it higher to 170 fps with pixels doesn't work. Perhaps adjusting the Windows settings could help. Good luck!

Great suggestion, but I believe the issue stems from adjusting settings and lowering the resolution in the OS when using integrated graphics. Restarting would resolve it. My new 6700xt supports 1440p, so I don’t need to change resolutions, and the problem disappeared after that.
