The latest Nvidia driver update might have caused this issue. Certain games display severe tearing when VSync is active, with horizontal lines moving up and down the screen. The problem seems fixed at high settings but isn't fully resolved. Running at 60 stable FPS with 40% GPU adjustments gives a mostly stable 60 FPS on House Flipper at full usage. Titles like Resident Evil: Village or Cities: Skyline don’t have this stutter. I’ve reinstalled drivers, restored Windows, adjusted the Nvidia Control Panel and GeForce Experience settings, but none of these steps worked. System specs: HP Victus 16, i5 11400H, 32GB RAM, RTX 3050 Laptop. Temperatures: CPU max 78°C, GPU max 68°C. File: Temps-20220911-WA0051.mp4

It depends on what caused the issue. Rolling back the driver might help if the problem was related to its settings or updates. Otherwise, it could be another factor at play.

Stopping the drivers and adding 511 or 512 didn't resolve the issue :c
