Today I encountered problems with my Windows on my PC. It restarted several times without warning and attempted an update. I noticed something unusual: "Some settings are managed by your organization." I had never seen it before and it had locked multiple settings during my sessions. There’s a massive collection of policies listed under 'Mobile Device Management.' I’m researching online to understand what’s happening. So far, I’ve tried adjusting gpedit but haven’t resolved the issue. My Windows account is an 'Education' account from my college, but this problem only appeared today. Do you know why so many policies are appearing suddenly? I’d rather not reset my PC if it’s not necessary. Here’s the list.

It seems your institution has changed its rules to require everyone using its platform to stay current. I’d check with the IT team about this, as they might not have considered student personal devices during setup. You could also purchase a Windows key online and use it separately from your school’s system to regain full authority.
