It's pretty unlikely someone would understand what an ONT is when they call tech support. Haha!

It wasn't a criticism at all! I'm not even talking about residential issues, and MSPs often use the term "modems." I don't care or try to fix it, because I understand what they mean. I'll just say, "ok so I'm checking the ONT now and..."
