Cat5e supports data rates up to 1000 Mbps, so you can achieve speeds well above 200 Mbps. It does not limit connections to just 10/100/1000 Mbps.

The 10/100/1000mbps guidelines describe the data transfer rates of connections. Each link can move files at its assigned limits. If your network card claims gigabit capability, you might achieve up to 125MB/s (theoretical max). At 100mbps it would be about 12.5MB/s, and so on. Ensure you're using a Gigabit connection for optimal performance with Cat5e cables.
