I'm operating on an 850W pure power supply. The cooling units are Arctic P12 PWM models with a 120 mm diameter. When the PC starts, two fans seem to vibrate as if trying to spin but don't respond. Adjusting the maximum RPM via BIOS or manually pushing them helps. The system functions normally otherwise, though the fan issue bothers me. I haven't found any fixes online. Perhaps a dedicated fan hub with its own PSU connection could assist? My motherboard only has four sys_fans connectors, so I'm using three pairs connected via split cables.
