I set up a hackintosh using the Dell Inspiron 7567, and everything is functioning well. The main issue is my WiFi card isn’t working, so I’m looking for a replacement that supports Bluetooth 5.0, 5 GHz Wi-Fi, and compatibility with MacOS.

Review supported wireless cards from the official site. For more details on unsupported models, check the forum thread. If you don’t require an airdrop, consider purchasing a wireless adapter for your Mac—make sure it has compatible drivers.

Most of them won't, there are specific ones that will, a lot are incompatible. Usually with Hackintosh builds it's best to use it wired with an ethernet connection or you can just simply google or visit a Hackintosh help website to see which pcie cards will work. It's a pretty common question. https://www.hackintosh.computer/125/hack...-adapters/
