I’ve checked every component, refreshed the BIOS on the motherboard, changed power supplies, swapped out a new motherboard, tested various power outlets—but nothing works. Others I spoke to had similar issues too. The only solution is inserting a USB with Windows open; the PC won’t boot into BIOS. I’ve also reset the CMOS several times and shorted the two pins. Need advice.

Machine specs: CPU – Ryzen 5 5500, GPU – rx580, SSD – Kingston 500GB, PSU – cooler master MWE 650 bronze + Mobo, RAM – Kingston Fury Beast 8x2.
