Hey! To capture gameplay with clear FPS in your recorded video, you’ll need a dedicated gaming capture card or software that supports high frame rates. Your GTX970 and i5 4590 should handle it well, but make sure your graphics settings are optimized for recording. Using tools like OBS or specialized capture solutions can help display FPS accurately during playback.

Choose the in-game FPS setting if available. Otherwise, use a tool like Fraps, OBS, or MSI Afterburner to capture the stream. Fraps doesn’t support showing FPS during recording, but other software can provide accurate counts.

I’m not aware of an official in-game FPS counter in GTA5. However, you can track your gameplay stats manually or use third-party tools to record your performance.

Don't own that game, so I'm not sure. However, Steam offers an alternative if you have it.

If I were you, I'd use software like Mirillis Action or FRAPS that already show FPS. Overwolf isn't worth it.
