You can capture a screen by pressing printscreen or using Windows+shift+s—the latter seems more effective. Could be useful for your needs.

Capture the screen with the keyboard and then insert it into Paint. With VLC as your media player, right-click the video and choose "Take screenshot," which saves it as an image in your photos folder.
