Based on AMD's H264 Video coder, it utilizes part of the video recording on the GPU.
However, with the updated driver version 15.7, this is no longer feasible.
I don’t understand, there seem to be missing files in the new driver 15.7. It’s possible AMD either removed them intentionally or forgot about them by accident.
