can't run stably due to SMPS issues.
Hello guys, is there a possibility that using an overclocking-prohibiting power supply could help stabilize the system? I own a VS450 and many online sources suggest it's not recommended. Could you explain why?
Since increasing the load demand raises the requirements, the power source cannot provide the extra current needed. If it fails to deliver sufficient amperage, the voltage decreases. This reduction in voltage is what ultimately prevents further operation.
Because when you increase the current demand, the power supply struggles to meet the extra amperage. If it can't deliver enough, the voltage drops. That drop is what ultimately stops your system.
