The GPU operates near 70 degrees while the CPU runs at 50.

I have 16 GB of RAM, a Vegas 56, and a Core i5 8400. Games such as Overwatch and Battlefield 5 work fine with VSync on or off, but Forza Horizon 4 and Metro Exodus require VSync to run properly. There are some issues. Can there be a solution?

To address stuttering, you can either enable V-Sync or switch to a FreeSync panel.

I also have freesync, but it doesn't function properly with Forza Horizon or Metro Exodus.
