Cant run games without vsync.

I usually play most games without vsync, including battlefield 5 and overwatch. However, in games such as metro exodus, turning off vsync causes stuttering and screen tearing, making the experience nearly impossible to enjoy. Do you have any ideas?

turn off v-sync in the nvidia control panel for each game individually and switch to fast sync.
