Not long ago I reduced the clock speed of my CPU to lower its heat, but after updating drivers I can't revert it. I was using AMD Overdrive with a slider for adjusting power input and lowered it. I attempted to restore it via AMD Overdrive but haven't managed to fully fix it.

Also, I need to raise the temperature again since the heatsink feels quite cool for this CPU model.
System details: Windows 8.1, AMD A10-6800k with stock cooler, Radeon R7-370, 550W power supply.

Update the BIOS settings. Also, refrain from using your heatsink and hand to check temperatures. Please do.
