Can't remove the mainboard from the device.
Hello, I built my PC using the parts from the shop you chose. Recently, I wanted to take it apart for dust cleaning. I removed all the components, but the motherboard stayed stuck in the case. It appears similar to other screws but has some unusual plastic covering on top. Can you identify what it is? Should I just remove that extra layer? The motherboard I received is a Gigabyte B450 AORUS M.
It seems the motherboard might be resting on a post. If all screws are removed, you often need to pull it at a 45-degree angle to avoid sticking to the post or the IO shield. I don’t notice anything that would prevent it from moving. Make sure to take out this screw—it wouldn’t be wise to leave it loose on the board.
