I'm trying to boost my CPU in BIOS, but adjusting the ratio limit doesn't help (CPU-Z shows nothing). I can turn on/disable turbo mode, but the individual core ratio limits are hidden. Changing fixed voltage and core speed didn't improve performance. Is there a setting I'm missing that lets me change those values?

Update the latest BIOS, it often resolves these problems. If that doesn’t work, experiment with the overclocking settings in BIOS. If the issue persists, share photos of the BIOS to identify the cause.
