Hey there, I see you're having some trouble getting your PC to boot. When you power it on, it keeps restarting endlessly without showing any progress. You can try pressing F12 to access a BIOS setup, where you select boot options like hard drives, EFI, and setup menus. However, none of these steps seem to resolve the issue. I noticed your system uses an AMD FX6300 processor and an MSI 970A-G43 motherboard. If you haven't changed the CMOS battery recently, try removing it and see if that fixes things. Let me know what happens after you attempt that!

Okay so quick update for you guys, i found a new technique to skip the whole removing the graphics card and taking out the cmos battery. I just had to clear the CMOS with the jumper method, when i started the pc it rebooted twice but it suddenly launched windows. Hope this can bring some more clarity to the problem i'm experiencing for you guys !

There’s an unusual behavior with the motherboard, as if it’s struggling to load the BIOS. You might want to try updating the BIOS, though that could either resolve the problem or damage the board—making sure it’s compatible is key. The only sure way to determine what’s wrong is to test it further.
