It seems the browser needs an updated plugin. Have you checked that?
Confirm connection to U.S. servers and ensure origin servers are operational.
I realized the BF4 plugin doesn't function in Chrome, so I'll test it in IE and update the plugin accordingly.
Avoiding IE attempts. Testing with Firefox next.
