I am stuck on my second monitor because the video shakes and looks blurry. Even though I set everything to low, it still happens when the game is running at high settings. It works fine if there is no game running, but the problem happens with all games I play. I also get laggy video when streaming on Discord while playing. Basically, my second monitor acts like a broken screen for every single game and stream I do.

My second screen is super fast at 4K and 60 frames per second, while my main one runs smoothly with 4K and 120 frames per second.

Have you ever tried setting the refresh rate to the same value for both screens, or turning off hardware acceleration in Google Chrome? I accidentally deleted my previous comment by mistake.

I tried using a specific setting called "hardware acceleration" on my browser, then turned on another feature named VSync, and it solved the issue. I'll check back soon to see if this works.

You can try 240 hz but just drop it down to 144 hz to see if that makes a bigger difference.

Maybe VSync was the problem. If I turn this feature on or off, my other screen changes right away. I'm testing Discord now and it can't see either of my screens. Even though I turned VSync off, something is still wrong. Maybe I have to restart.

Here are the important details about this PSU: what make, model, wattage, how old it is, its condition (like if it was brand new or just used), whether it played a big role in gaming or movies before I bought it, and what kind of power supply it has.
