1.5v is the maximum AMD suggests, but I managed to run my 6350 above 1.55 without any problems. After getting it working, you can attempt lower settings next time.

Right so i overclocked to 4.3ghz at 1.41v but for some reason whenever i try to oc ram it insta crashes, any thoughts?

I'm not sure if that RAM supports OC, but if it does, it would require a higher voltage. 1.65v should suffice. The natural frequency for IMC in that processor is 1866MHz.
