cant overclock cpu

I attempted to overclock my CPU by accessing the BIOS, adjusting the base clock to 4.1 GHz and setting the voltage to 1.375V. After rebooting, the CPU clock was capped at 3300 MHz, while Task Manager displayed a base clock speed of 4100 MHz. If you have other requirements, let me know I’m a beginner in this process.

Why shouldn't you use a B450 chipset? Overclocking wasn't intended for A320 chipsets.

The motherboard doesn't allow overclocking despite having an option. My uncle's PC BIOS lists overclocking features, but they fail because the motherboard can't handle them.

also try seeing your temps
make sure there is no throttling
