We bought a Dell Inspiron 24 All-in-One that came with Windows 11 installed. We want to make a recovery USB stick for this computer using a brand new PNY 32GB flash drive, but the drive does not show up on our PC. I looked at the "Backup system files to the recovery drive" option in the software. That screen asked me to plug in a 32GB USB, which is exactly what we had. One article said to turn this box off, and then to go back and try it again. I did that without checking the box, but now I can see the flash drive sitting there. I plugged it into my PC and tried the software again with the box checked, but nothing happened; still no flash drive showing up. Another article told me to run a command called "reagentc /info" from an admin prompt. When I ran that command, it just said "Windows RE status: Enabled." We don't know what that means at all because there was no error message. Is it possible the program needs more than 32GB of space on the flash drive? If anyone has a fix for this problem, please let me know. Thanks!
