I might look for a cheap little powered fan hub. Keep in mind that I'm using my phone to check things here, but something like this device could help you start up. There are lots of options available out there, but one thing similar to that should let you power the hub with a SATA power cable and basically link it to your SYS fan header on the board, then connect to the hub so we can split off some fans from it which is providing power because of the SATA power cable.
