Hey so here is a little background. I have an HP Omen Obelisk with a 1660 Ti, but I upgraded it way back then. Now I have an i7-9700 CPU, an RX 7900 XT, 2TB SSD, 32 GB RAM, and an Eboras motherboard. I moved everything to a new case called Corsair 4000 D with airflow RGB. When I switched cases, I only had one fan header before. The one exhaust fan is on the SYS_FAN header. I put my three new fans on the LC_PUMP header. Now all three fans run at full speed all the time non-stop. I watched some videos and tried to go into BIOS to adjust fan speeds and GPU settings. But now I can't find an advanced option in the BIOS to change those settings. Any idea how to unlock advanced or another way to do that?

OEM motherboards usually don't work well when you move them from their original box to somewhere else. Sometimes the pump headers are built in, so they can't change how much power they get at all times. You could put a special switch on those fans to control voltage manually. If you use software like SpeedFan, it probably won't make any real difference either. It might not work if the header isn't already designed for PWM or voltage changes.

It's a PWM header and I really don't think putting all four fans on that 1 sys_fan header is a good idea. Also, if you or anyone knows if it's possible to unlock an advanced option in bios so I can check GPU settings even though I can't do anything with the fans?

You can't unlock the BIOS from inside. It's all built that way. Maybe if you have an extra fan and more power, but putting four fans on one pin is probably not a good idea.

Ok, thanks so much! One more question though, if you could spare your time. If I can't jump into Advanced bios mode, is there a way to check the settings for this new GPU like I would with the old one, or does it just stay whatever they set it to already?

You simply cannot set up your graphics card through the main BIOS menu because there are two different versions: one built into the chip called vBIOS and another for humans to see and change. The built-in version doesn't let you touch it, so most people use software like MSI Afterburner instead to adjust things. While you can edit that internal settings file (vBIOS), doing so is usually only done by gamers or serious tech folks trying to push the card harder than it's meant to be.

I tried putting three fans in the sys_fan section because they have that setting, but one fan goes to the l_pump section instead. When I turned on my PC, it said a fan wasn't working right and stopped letting me start up the system.
