Try connecting the USB properly and ensure it's fully powered. If the issue persists, check for any driver conflicts or hardware issues.

Access the boot menu or adjust the boot sequence in BIOS. If the issue persists, recreate a bootable disk and attempt again. If that fails, obtain a fresh ISO file.

I checked everything in the BIOS, so it seems the new ISO is ready.

Ensure your BIOS settings match what you configured in the UEFI boot device. If it's using Legacy, you likely don't need to adjust anything—just follow the boot menu.

PC or motherboard brand and model were provided. It appears you're having trouble accessing the USB installer you set up. The Windows 10 installer was created using Media Creation Tool, copied an ISO file directly to a USB drive, or downloaded the EXE file from the official Windows 10 page.

We converted it to USB and installed Windows 10 on another SSD, but I’m having trouble with this one.

That means you can start the computer from USB no matter what you're installing. Try another drive if needed.
