I just assembled my first PC and for some strange reason I can't exit the BIOS. When I try to save and exit it will power off and restart to the same screen again. After a few reboots, it won’t actually switch to the TPM settings for the default BIOS. My motherboard (B660 plus D4) displays a white light followed by a greenish-yellow light, but I don’t understand what those mean. Please help me out! Thanks for reading.

No, you haven't installed an operating system or configured your primary boot drive yet.
