Typically people want to enter bios to adjust features such as secure boot, fast boot ram or overclock settings. After that you restart into windows using the standard method.

BIOS can be reached through onboard graphics. When using a graphics card, it doesn't appear and immediately loads Windows 11, after which the display appears. I believe the problem lies with the outdated graphics card not being UEFI compatible, preventing it from loading the UEFI BIOS. This information comes from GPUz. A newer card that supports UEFI might work. I tried enabling CSM but decided not to proceed with the old card.

It's a practical and effective method to accept this situation. We don't need BIOS on a regular basis. Booting directly into the OS is also a viable option. However, something wasn't accessible which concerned me, so I tried to find a workaround.
I believe there are three possible solutions for me.

The old graphics card model needs CSM or legacy BIOS to be recognized. The shift to UEFI started around the GTX7xx generation. Your HD7700 isn't much better than today's integrated graphics. I'd just stick with the integrated option. However, if you configure the BIOS to CSM, it should work. Option 3 might function, but it's not necessary.

Yes, the UHD 730 is nearly comparable to HD 7770. I plan to use Intel graphics for some time, confident that future graphics cards will support UEFI. I intend to purchase the Sapphire RX 6600 with 8GB RAM, and I believe it will function well. Also, please recommend a suitable graphics card within a budget that offers good gaming performance, a pleasant Windows appearance, and supports coding in Visual Studio. Thank you.

I don't adjust graphics cards at any rate, so I can't give advice on this. In the graphics world, you generally receive what you pay for. Tom's GPU hierarchy chart will show you the relative performance levels. GPU Benchmarks and Hierarchy 2023: Graphics Cards Ranked We have completed numerous GPU benchmarks for Nvidia, AMD, and Intel cards, placing them in our detailed ranking. A while back I faced issues with the amd drivers and have been sticking with Nvidia instead. You'll notice others promote their products, but since you're comfortable with the amd driver setup, you're likely more at ease with that.

Adjusting your BIOS configuration allows you to reconnect all storage devices. After this process, Windows will retain the BIOS settings you specified.

Using a graphics card means no bios, so it can't start. But with Windows, everything works properly. Onboard graphics also function correctly and allow entry.
