I have an Asus TUF RTX 4090 with all the latest Windows updates and Nvidia drivers. Despite that, I’m still unable to enable DLSS 3.0 in Spider-Man on Steam. I’ve checked the game files, cleared the video card drivers with a fresh install, and uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.

Yes, the GPU Hardware Scheduling option in the Windows Graphics Settings page should be checked. It requires a reboot to take effect. The article you read about the 4090 confirms this aligns with Nvidia’s guidelines.

Randomly inserting a DLSS 3 game. 4K resolution, 120fps. Without DLSS 2 or Framegen. Just enable DLSS 3 frame generation and notice the improvement in frame rate. You don't need to activate both DLSS Quality (DLSS 2) and Framegen (DLSS 3) together.
