Can't detect Russian characters

You're using Windows 10 and trying to install a game made by a Russian developer. The interface is in Russian, but no text is visible. Перейти в панель управления → Чкрек, Язык и регион → Регион (появится окно) → Административная страница → Изменить "Язык для программ без указа" на русский, посмотрите, исправится ли это проблему

Yes, it maintains your Hungarian language setting. The system should still recognize your preferences even when using Cyrillic characters in the game.
