That was the initial attempt I made. It continued to repeat itself. Then I cleared my C drive and reinstalled the operating system (assuming I wanted to try that first). It keeps happening.

It wasn't functioning properly right after the fresh setup, but it began working again fairly fast. The only items on my C drive are Windows 10, NVIDIA drivers, Chrome, and a few of the components from my ASUS motherboard.

You don’t have any programs installed on your PC at all? That seems strange. The only possibilities I can think of are a virus or a corrupted Windows update.

No files found on the C drive. Most of my data is stored elsewhere. I ran a virus scan but got nothing. Checking Task Manager showed no unusual activity, and usage stayed normal.

You can try examining the file creation logs or system events to identify the program responsible.

The system is attempting a restore again, but the issue might stem from various factors. Check for updates, verify file integrity, and ensure no conflicting changes occurred during the reinstallation.

Remove all accessories that come with your graphics card. This is the only odd thing if it's a fresh install. Avoid creating another one—identify what might be causing the issue.
