Hi guys.
I'm facing an issue with controlling my CPU cooler fans (Kraken X61). Every software I've tried makes them gray. Until recently, I had the same cooler but different parts: FX9590 and Crosshair Formula Z MB. I purchased a 6700k and an Asus Z170 MB. I had to disable fan control in BIOS because it wouldn't let me boot up. Also, I swapped those mediocre Kraken fans for be silent! silent wings 2. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hello,
The issue was resolving the fan control in BIOS because it prevented the system from booting.

Hi,
I encountered an issue where I had to disable the fan control in BIOS because it wouldn't allow me to boot.
What error was displayed?
When I activated the fan speed control, it reported: CPU Fan speed error detected.
Make sure the CPU fan is correctly installed on the CPU_FAN header or modify/disable the Fan Speed Low Limit option in the UEFI BIOS. Press F1 to Run SETUP.

Consider adjusting the BIOS settings to ignore the CPU fan speed setting. The device will continue to manage the fan speed.

Try adjusting the BIOS CPU Fan Speed to Ignore settings. The board will continue managing the fan speed. That’s not the issue. I did this a few days ago, but the real concern is that my cooler fans aren’t controllable. It’s hard to hear them, and my PC keeps overheating. This wasn’t a problem before I replaced the motherboard. I usually handled things with NXZT Cam software.

I connected the pump to the radiator fans by following the manufacturer's instructions and ensuring proper wiring.
