Hi all, I'm having trouble with my RDP connection on Windows 10. The IP addresses and computer names look correct, but it still doesn't work. Could you help me figure out what might be causing this issue? I really appreciate any suggestions!

Please revise your post with complete hardware details and operating system information. Clarify whether the RDP connection is intended from home to work or another direction, such as school to home. Describe the error messages displayed during failed RDP attempts. Also, check the Reliability History and Event Viewer for any logged error codes, warnings, or informational events related to RDP failures.

And you understand, the device you're connecting to via RDP needs to be Windows Pro. Home versions don't allow remote clients, though they can still be used for linking with others.
