Can't activate Nvidia DLSS in Rise of the Tomb Raider
that's it. that's the question. dlss is such a neat technology but since it doesn't work, I ended up using a capture card to upscale through intel integrated graphics and it works better than expected, though the image loses a bit of crispness and it's easy to make mistakes because the frame rate needs to be adjusted to match the capture card's speed.
