The game refuses to connect to Rockstar servers and offers a retry option that doesn’t work. It also displays an "Offline Mode" setting, indicating the connection is disabled.

The game prevents you from playing solo because it doesn’t support online multiplayer in single-player mode. GTA V is only available online exclusively in multiplayer.

I've been searching for a fix for the last hour, but nothing worked. It seems like the system might be trying to restart, possibly after upgrading to Windows 10. The issue is unclear, and I'm struggling to understand what's causing the problem.

Keeps refusing to function. All the suggestions others have offered seem to help: installing a VPN, resetting Windows settings via CMD, disabling the firewall, turning off antivirus software, switching to another internet connection. Still nothing resolves the issue.
