That's a known problem. Don't use XMP. This CPU supports DDR5 up to 4800 MHz. Everything above is overclocking. There seems to be a problem with DDR5 overclocking at the moment.
Your chip only officially handles up to 4800mhz; anything higher (like XMP) is an overclock of the memory controller and may not work. Adjust the speed to 4800mhz at the voltage shown on your memory chip, increasing by 100mhz in steps until you hit a failure point, then reduce it by 50mhz. Keep a BIOS profile saved for each change—changes will reset to full stock afterward. It’s simple to load the profile and revert back to 50mhz.
I'm testing different configurations but finding the optimal one is tricky. I'm currently using 5000MHz sticks from a 5600MHz grade set. To reach higher voltages, I need to adjust settings in Ai Tweaker—specifically enabling High DRAM voltage mode. My setup includes an Asus Z690-P with four Corsair CL36 5600MHz sticks, running on an i9-12900K with a 1000W PSU that supports XMP. The DRAM frequency is set to 5000MHz, and I'm using Advanced Memory Voltages with PMIC settings: 1 Dram frequency, VDD 1.45, VDDQ 1.45. All other parameters are left as default.
