Here’s a rewritten version of the text, focusing on clarity and conciseness:

I'm experiencing persistent issues with downloading and updating games through Steam, Uplay, and Battlenet. Whenever I attempt to install or update a game, I receive an error message stating “Content servers unreachable.” This occurs regardless of the game, and I’ve tried numerous troubleshooting steps including clearing the download cache, changing my region settings, updating DNS, logging out and back in, restarting Steam and my computer, and even reinstalling Steam. The Steam client itself is also malfunctioning – it won't launch and displays an error message about needing to be online. Other launchers like Epic Games Launcher and Origin are working correctly.

I have a custom-built desktop PC with an Ethernet connection and no Bluetooth devices. I’ve never encountered these problems before on any of my systems. The issue seems specific to Steam’s inability to connect to its servers, even though other online services function normally. The Steam client also requires constant sign-in attempts.

I've exhausted basic troubleshooting steps without success. Any suggestions or potential solutions would be greatly appreciated.

I resolved the issue by disabling my proxy settings from automatically detecting them!
