You installed Bionic and thought about removing it, but you're having trouble deleting the files. When your computer is idle, the Bionic logo appears and says it's not running. It seems the installation might be stuck or partially removed. Check your task manager for any lingering entries, and try uninstalling again from there. Open Windows settings, navigate to Apps, select Installed apps, locate the app, click uninstall or use Control Panel to run the uninstall command provided.

If you can't find uninstall.exe, Revo Uninstaller offers a free option that removes everything about the chosen app, which really works for me when I need to delete various programs.
