Hey there, I’m checking if you can use this RAM on a PC Part Picker listing. The voltage listed is 1.35V for the CPU and 1.4V for the RAM—does that match your system’s requirements?

most RAM options work fine, around 99%, but the best performance comes around 3600MHz for Ryzen 5000 series. Switching from 3600 to 4000 MHz won’t really make a big difference. Also, many brands now officially support AMD Ryzen processors, so you shouldn’t have any concerns.

I won’t increase the CPU only the RAM. Will this boost the performance on this MOBO?

The processor won't be handling the memory itself; it's the motherboard that does. Since this memory supports 4000MHz, make sure your motherboard's specifications match that rating. You don’t want to invest heavily only to find it doesn’t meet the advertised speed.

Absolutely, I understand you're confirming it won't be overclocking and that ASUS confirms this in their specifications.

This MOBO doesn't allow you to reach the desired speed.

Above 3200MHz is treated as overclocking, whether XMP or DOCP applies. The screenshot doesn't convey much value since advertised speeds may only work with specific memory kits. It's safer to verify the QVL for more details.

No problem, I understand you're saying the XMP setting is boosting the RAM performance. When I replied "yes, I know," it means I'm confident he won't be affecting the CPU speed.

I didn't mean to imply you can't—I mentioned you should verify the QVL. The speeds shown as "achievable" in the screenshot don't fully represent the situation. All memory setups tested and confirmed are included in the QVL. https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/So...-4DIMM.pdf

Check the installation list for the RAM model at 4000MHz and select it from the inst section.
