I'd say worth a shot, no guarantee though.
Gonna try it tommorow, still waiting for more responses, thx anyways
On max settings you
will not
get 60fps but lowering them it will be fine i can basically guarantee this as my old desktop PC ran it without problems and that was worse than your laptop. Also here's a video i found; basically same laptop but they have less RAM and they're
playing skyrim on it
😀
. Which can be somewhat more demanding than COD 4 even at 1280x720

Noforus suggests giving it a try tomorrow, though he doesn’t have any certainty. He plans to test it at maximum settings, but notes it won’t reach 60fps there. Lowering the settings should work fine. He mentions seeing a video of someone using a similar laptop with less RAM and playing Skyrim, which might be more demanding. He asks what settings would be best for medium performance.

What settings should i play it on, medium?
I can't recommend a specific setting. What i do recommend is you start on the highest settings and see how it performs, lowering the settings until you find your sweet spot between performance and graphical fidelity (If thats even a thing for a game that old). Or just Auto-detect and let it pick the best settings based on your hardware; which is not always accurate.
