I’m looking into overclocking my setup, but I’m unsure about the right steps and parts to remove or replace. I need advice on which components should be overclocked and what cooling solutions are necessary. Thanks, Advance, Yonatan.

MSI Afterburner is quite simple for GPU overclocking. Just search for Nvidia Pascal overclocking, and you'll mainly need to watch temperatures and adjust the sliders.
CPU overclocking requires a bit more effort. I recommend going through some overclocking guides.

The component you're focusing on in your setup is the PSU, and you're advised to choose a dependable one. Could you share your overclocking goals—do you plan to boost just the CPU or also the RAM? Regarding the RAM, what speed does it have? What BIOS version is installed on your motherboard right now? Also, what are the current room temperature readings? This will assist in determining if you have sufficient capacity, although the PSU may reduce that. How recent is the PSU, by the way?

For what reason?
Maybe just for fun? To discover the OC limits of your device? In my configuration, I would replace one 8 GB RAM module. It's currently causing issues with dual channel operation. Usually, it's not a good idea.

I understand the system was designed for overclocking, and I want to push the CPU as far as possible (?)
Yes, I plan to boost the CPU speed. For RAM, I think it can't exceed 2400 because the CPU won't support higher frequencies (maybe my assumption is incorrect).
My RAM speed/rate is currently 2400 after enabling the XMP profile (previously set to 2100).
The BIOS version is 1009.
I'm keeping the room temperature around 23°C.
My PSU is three and a half years old.
I didn't select the components; the person at the computer store assembled it for me.

I started with an 8 GB stick and purchased another 2x16 GB of the same speed (2400) last year to match it. I realize now it was a poor choice, but I didn’t fully understand at the time.
My order was 16 8 16 to enable dual channel. Should I retain the 8 GB or replace it?
Additionally, I want OC to perform better—should I consider that?

I reviewed some of the instructions but realized I lack sufficient cooling for my CPU, preventing me from beginning the overclocking process. I'm also unsure about selecting the right AIO CPU cooling solution.

Overclocking comes at a cost. You're sacrificing the lifespan of your equipment.

I saw some information suggesting that if you properly overclock—by ensuring adequate cooling and avoiding excessive strain—the performance should remain stable. If you'd like, I can explain that in more detail.
