Thank you for the suggestion, but it wouldn't be suitable for me since I am hard of hearing and need sound in both ears to understand what I hear.
I believe I might have discovered a solution, if it works, I will share what I found.

I discovered a solution after adjusting my search based on @kira-faye's comment about mixers. Searching for a "minijack mixer" led me here:

It offers three inputs, two outputs, with options for corded or battery power and volume control. It fits perfectly. Now I just need to construct a case to organize all the PCs, the KVM, mixer, and cables. Thanks to everyone for your assistance—it was extremely helpful.

I own the Edifier R1280T powered shelf speakers and an active speaker that supports dual inputs (though it can't mute one channel). This model lacks a headphone jack and doesn't support Bluetooth, but I included it for reference.
