I checked inside and found saved settings and cache, logs. It seems I'm safe now.

Should be OK, but there is no guarantee. But like USAFRet said, the critical files for running the game should not be located in the %appdata% folder, just miscellaneous things like settings like you found.

When discussing your app data game saves, it's possible to save them. The optimal method is to upgrade to Windows 11, install your games, play them and create at least one save. Windows 11 has recreated your app data folders for your saves, so you only need to copy and paste your saved files from Windows 10 into Windows 11 to restore them using the new game installation.
