Hello, I am trying to build a ticket management and inventory system for my class project. I used apps like RepairQ and RepairDesk before, but they don't have all the features I want. I need something new that meets my needs better than those old ones. Even though I know how to write code from simple things, this kind of complex project scares me a little bit. I was wondering if I could use platforms like Quixey or Zoho instead of custom coding? They are cheaper and easier. These tools are usually the best choice for beginners. My idea is to make everything run on a web page so it looks good from anywhere. Any help, tips, or ideas would be great thanks!
