Hello everyone, I just got my 5600X and started experimenting with some basic overclocking adjustments. So far, I haven’t managed to reach a stable 4.75GHz while keeping things safe. To be honest, my main aim isn’t to hit the highest possible speed—it’s just to use as much of my CPU as possible without risking damage.

Here’s what my current setup looks like:
- Power supply: quiet, straight power 11 Gold 750W
- Motherboard: MOBO ASUS ROG Strix X570-E Gaming
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5600X
- RAM: G.Skill TridentZ RGB F4-3600C17Q-32GTZR
- Storage: Sabrent SB-ROCKET-NVMe4-1TB
- GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ RX 580
- AIO: GamerStorm Castle 360EX

In BIOS I changed these settings:
- AI Overclock Tuner
- D.O.C.P.
- Memory Frequency: DDR4-3600MHz
- FCLK Frequency: 1800MHz
- CPU Core Ratio: 47.50
- VDDCR CPU Voltage: Manual at 1.32500
- Under DIGI+VRAM: VDDCR CPU Load Line Calibration – Level 3
- VDDCR CPU Current Capability: 120%
- VDDCR SOC Load Line Calibration – Level 3
- VDDCR SOC Current Capability: 120%

Using HWiNFO64 to track the CPU temperature, I see it stays around 30–40°C during light use. At full load (Cinebench R23), it reaches about 70–75°C after 30 minutes, even with a 20°C room temperature. I’ve tried pushing the voltage up to 1.35, but it crashes during the stability test.

I’m wondering what else I should tweak and how far I can push it safely before risking overheating or wear over the next few months. Thanks for your help!
