The specifications include (Gpu: sapphire nitro rx 480 oc - Cpu: i3 3240 - Ram: 8gb ddr3 dual channel 1600mhz - Mobo: asus h-61 m-k - Hdd: 7200rpm 500 gb+1tb external hdd). Given your motherboard supports RAM overclocking up to 2200mhz, I’m curious if you can increase your RAM speed from 1600mhz to 2200mhz. One stick uses Kingston RAM which I have confidence in, while the other is a standard model without a heatsink. Would it be safe to push the RAM overclock? Thank you for your support.

That's way too wide of a spread for a 1600 set ... consider that you have 2 different sticks running together very lucky...
Overclocking two sticks from different packages of the same model is an effort but from two different manufacturers, model lines and who knows what .... consider yourself very lucky to have them working at 1600.
